Tom’s career has been predominantly in IT & Telecommunications industry both locally and Internationally across EMEA, Caribbean, Latin America, Asia Pacific and North America. Tom has held senior leadership position in companies such as Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC), Compaq, Hewlett Packard (HP), British telecom (BT) and laterally Digicel Business International (2012-2022) spanning a 35 + year career. Tom has valued experiences in all aspects of organization transformation, merger and acquisitions. Tom has held industry governance positions with IBEC as Chair of the IT Consulting and Outsourcing Federation for over 5 years. Tom has developed high performance teams internationally and achieved exemplary grow expansion in both mature and emerging markets.
