Pauline Tully is an experienced investment adviser and wealth-management professional with more than 30 years of experience across Ireland, Canada and the Caribbean.

During her career, Pauline has held senior leadership positions in investment management and financial services, including serving as Managing Director at RBC in Canada and Financial Director of BCP Stockbrokers in Ireland. These roles provided her with extensive experience in investment strategy, portfolio management, financial governance and advising private and institutional clients.

Pauline has lived in Barbados for more than two decades. She is the founder and Managing Director of International Advisors Inc., a Barbados-based wealth-management firm through which she advises clients on investment planning, portfolio strategy and long-term wealth management.

She also serves on the Advisory Board of Williams Caribbean Capital, contributing her financial-markets experience, independent judgement and strategic perspective to the company’s investment and development activities. In addition, Pauline is a director of the Substance Abuse Foundation, supporting the organisation’s work within the Barbadian community.
