Gregory Rose is Chairman of Lynch Caribbean, a leading regional insurance-broking and risk-advisory group headquartered in Barbados. He joined Lynch Insurance Brokers in January 1996 and gained broad experience across the business, including roles in claims and accounting, before progressing into senior leadership.

With approximately 30 years of insurance and risk-management experience, Gregory has helped develop Lynch’s consultative approach to advising clients. This approach is centred on understanding each client’s individual risk profile and providing tailored insurance, risk-management and business-continuity solutions.

Under his leadership, Lynch has strengthened its presence across the Caribbean while investing in digital platforms, automation and technology-enabled services. The company continues to combine these capabilities with the specialist knowledge, judgement and personal service of its experienced advisory team.

Gregory also contributes to the wider business community through his involvement with the Barbados Chamber of Commerce and Industry’s Disaster Risk Reduction Committee. Outside his professional activities, he supports environmental and conservation causes and enjoys surfing and spending time with his family.
