​Whycliffe "Dave" Cameron is a Jamaican businessman and sports administrator, best known for serving as the president of the West Indies Cricket Board (WICB), now known as Cricket West Indies (CWI), from 2013 to 2019

Experienced Leader in with a demonstrated history of performance in the Financial Industry. Over 20 years of experience having worked with Dehring, Bunting and Golding in 1995 and being elevated to Vice President Treasury, Trading and Asset Management at Manufacturers Merchant Bank Limited in 2003 where he oversaw AUM of over $21B with an equity of over $1B at the time.

Spent 3 years at Sterling Asset Management Ltd 2010-2013 and was instrumental in assisting the firm to double their capital in the 3 years and launch the Sterling Investments Ltd which is currently listed on the Jamaica Stock Exchange.

A member of the West Indies Cricket Board since 2002 and during that time have served in various capacities before heading the organization in 2013. The company had an accumulated deficit of USD$5.8m and at end of September 2017 there is an accumulated surplus $USD1.5m while the organization achieved the distinct honor of winning 3 Championship titles in 2016
