Grattan Investment Group is a Dublin-based group of experienced business founders and CEOs who invest their own capital in established and growth-stage private businesses.

Founded in 2025, Grattan Investment Group brings together entrepreneurs and senior business leaders with experience in building, acquiring, growing and successfully exiting businesses.
Members assess each opportunity independently and decide whether to invest directly or through their own investment vehicles. Where we invest, we seek to be active and constructive partners, typically contributing at board level and providing practical support to management.
We consider majority and minority investments, growth capital, business succession situations and phased exits for founders. Our flexible structure and patient approach allow us to focus on what is right for each business rather than working towards a predetermined exit date

Malcolm Holdings Limited is the investment vehicle of GIG member Gregory Rose, Chairman and Group Chief Executive Officer of Lynch Insurance Brokers. Malcolm Holdings has invested in SCG Growth Partners alongside Cloonmaan Limited.
